1. In a large bowl sieve the flour and bicarbonate of soda, rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
2. Stir in the Fruisana.
3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla essence.
4. Mash the banana and stir into the mixture with the banana chips and chopped cherries to produce a soft mixture.
5. Place tablespoons of the mixture on greased and lined baking trays.
6. Bake in an electric oven 180°C, fan oven 160°C or gas oven mark 4 for 18 - 25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
7. Place on a cooling rack to cool.  |
