1. Preheat oven to 180C/ 350F / Gas 4. Melt the butter, Fruisana, treacle and syrup. Leave to cool.
2. Sift the flour, baking powder and ginger in a bowl and stir into the melted mixture to make a dough.
3. Roll out to a thickness of 5mm / 1/4 in and cut out using your Christmas themed cutter. Place on greased baking trays and bake for 10 minutes.
4. When cool. Use coloured icing and decorative balls to decorate.
