1. In a small saucepan melt the butter and Fruisana over a gentle heat, remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.
2. Drop teaspoons of the mixture onto lightly greased baking trays, lined with rice paper.
3. Bake in a fan oven 160°C, electric 180°C or gas mark 4 for 8 - 10 minutes.
4. Leave to cool to set completely before placing on cooling racks. Before storing trim off any excess rice paper.
NB: a variation on these is to melt some chocolate and drizzle over the tops of the Florentines when cool……even more delicious!  |
