Marzipan

 
Method: Ingredients:

1. Beat all the ingredients together to form a smotth paste.  Divide into two.  Roll first half to cover top of cake.  Roll second half into long strip for sides of cake.

 

Tip:  This recipe freezes well.

 

sufficient for top and sides of a 7in/18cm cake

4oz 100g ground almonds
2oz 50g Fruisana Fruit Sugar
1oz 25g white flour
1 medium egg
