1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7. Sift the flours and baking powder into a large bowl. Rub in the butter using your fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs, and then stir in the Fruisana.
2. Put the egg into a measuring jug and beat with a fork. Pour the milk into the flour mixture to form a soft dough. Add a little extra milk if the dough is too dry.
3. Roll out the dough and stamp out approximately 16 scones. Then place on lightly floured baking sheets and brush with a little milk, Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, until risen and golden.
4. Cool the scones on a wire rack, until ready to serve.
